Cadence Allegro 繪制封裝庫

 

前言：Cadence是一個比AD更加強大的電路設計IDE，因此掌握Cadence也是提升自我的一大路徑。

 

一、繪制焊盤

1. 打開 PCB Editor Utilities – Pad Designer 。這是Cadence套件中繪制焊盤的軟件。

2. 選擇Layer，選中single layer mode 。在Geometry（幾何形狀）欄中，選擇：Oblong（橢圓形焊盤）或者Rectangle（矩形焊盤）。

3. View欄中選擇：Top.

4.  選中Begin Layer，在下方的Regular Pad中 Width輸入0.3，在Height輸入1.6；選中SolderPaste_Top（頂層焊盤層），Width輸入0.3，在Height輸入1.6；選中SolderMask_Top（頂層阻焊層），Width輸入0.45，在Height輸入1.75；一般將組焊層設置得比阻焊層稍微大一點。另存為：pad0_3x1_6.

二、繪制封裝

1. 打開PCB Editor ；

2. New – Package symbol ；

3. Setup-Design Parameters. 在Design – Units中將單位改為mm；

4. Layout – Pin. 此時進入放置焊盤的模式。

5. 找到右側欄中的Option – Padstack -在padstack找到並且打開第一步中建立的焊盤。

6. 若是第五步中的焊盤找不到，則需更改默認的焊盤保存地址: Setup – User Preferences – Paths – Library – Padpath;

7. 放置完焊盤后，需要放置裝配線：使用畫線命令，然后在Option中選擇：Package – Geometry; Assembly_Top；

8. 放置絲印框：使用畫線命令，然后在Option中選擇：Package – Geometry; Silkscreen_Top；添加1號引腳標識：Add- Circle.

9. 為了避免出現報錯：“ Symbol is missing a refdes. ”，需要添加位號：Add Text – Ref Des -Silkcscreen_Top 輸入REF , Add Text – Ref Des – Assemble_Top 輸入REF.

保存，繪制封裝圖完成。

 

快捷鍵說明

1.Ctrl + D 為刪除鍵；

2.在命令框輸入： x 坐標x 坐標y    可以快速放置焊盤到該坐標；

3. ix L 標識沿着x軸偏移L長度，iy L 標識沿着y軸偏移L長度;
