Problem ：
電腦重新做了Windows10的系統，用的英文版本，添加了中文體驗包，調試VS2019的時候發現控制台亂碼。查看屬性，發現代碼頁錯誤。
Resolution：
- Open Windows Control Panel
- Select Region (and Language)
- Click on the "Administrative" tab
- Under Language for non-Unicode programs section, click "Change System Locale" button
- Select the locale
- Click OK
