Problem ：
电脑重新做了Windows10的系统，用的英文版本，添加了中文体验包，调试VS2019的时候发现控制台乱码。查看属性，发现代码页错误。
Resolution：
- Open Windows Control Panel
- Select Region (and Language)
- Click on the "Administrative" tab
- Under Language for non-Unicode programs section, click "Change System Locale" button
- Select the locale
- Click OK
