Mendeley由於某些原因無法在線同步，需要fq，在tools->option->connection中可以設置http代理或者sock5代理，
sock5可以使用shadowsocks進行代理，具體方法參見ishadowsocks.com網站，包含windows，linux和mac的軟件、使用方法和免費帳號（每6小時更新密碼）。
http代理可以使用類goagent代理，目前goagent已經慘遭封殺，已經不是很好用，目前有一個XX-net可用（https://github.com/XX-net/XX-Net）
但是設置server和port后可能會出現ssl handshake failed錯誤
解決方法：

1) Open Mendeley Desktop.
2) Click Ctrl + Shift + D.
3) Go to the Settings tab.
4) Set General_IgnoreSslErrors to ‘True’.
5) Restart Mendeley Desktop.
