審稿時間過長，怎么催？

 

一般 SCI 論文的審稿周期在3-6個月。如果你的文章還在審稿周期，且系統工作正常的話，建議不要催促審稿。

 

但如果的確超出了期刊的審稿周期，可以發一個簡短的信件給編輯，問問審稿情況。通常我們把這種短信件稱為“催稿信”。

 

以下為幾種催稿信的形式：

 

（1）Dear Dr. ***,

I write concerning the progress of our paper. It was initiallysubmitted on November ***, 2019 and was assigned the manuscript number: ***. Now I am worrying about whether it still works normally because the submission has been kept "being processed" for about three months, as showed on editorial manager. Would you mind checking on the progress of it for me？ Your reply would be highly appreciated.

Thanks very much for your attention to our paper.

（2）Dear Dr. ***,

I submitted our latest work to your journal last month. I want to know the review progress. If there are some responses from the reviewers, would you please tell me the results so that I can deal with it as early as possible？ Please understand me that fast publication of our work is important for me.

I appreciate your contribution to the publication of the high quality papers. Kind thanks to you for your care.

（3）Dear Dr. ***,

I am sorry to make you in trouble. It takes too long for reviewing my manuscript "***" which was submitted to "Journal title". Generally, only about two months are necessary for the reviewing progress on my usual submissions to other Journals. Hence, I decide to withdraw this submission.

I am sorry to make this decision. Please understand my condition because the rapid publication of my work is important for me and our group.

I hope that I have chance to get a rapid publication in this journal in future.

前兩封，言辭懇切、客氣，適合首次詢問稿件的情況。如果情況屬實，責任編輯會做出相應的說明。

 

最后一份，措辭相對嚴厲、有不客氣的成分，適用於有嚴重的拖延，且作者也做了最壞的打算（改投它刊），一般首次催稿，不適用。
