今天逛ResearchGate的時候發現了一個不錯的Atlas入門教程：Step by step with ATLAS Silvaco 點擊鏈接免費下載。。
Atlas代碼結構
當然可能有一點太基礎了。
改代碼的時候發現了我犯了一個低級錯誤，region定義重復了，所以一直報錯。
【注1】Tonyplot圖片導出方法：選中圖片，File-->save as *.png
【注2】Tonyplot數據導出方法：選中圖片，File-->Export
Format: Silvaco Standard Format 這個格式是導出了器件里面所有的數據，包括電流、電場等等（不選）
Tonyplot User Data 這個格式就導出你在Tonyplot里面所看到的曲線的數據，僅此而已（選擇）
Data:All Data / Displayed only
Base Directory:目錄
File Basename:文件名
Extension:文件后綴

結構寫好了，加上tftex10中的模型以及計算語句。
