Resetting to Default Settings Using the MODE Button/span
Follow these steps to reset the access point to factory default settings using the access point MODE button:
1. Disconnect power (the power jack for external power or the Ethernet cable for in-line power) from the access point.
2. Press and hold the MODE button while you reconnect power to the access point.
3. Hold the MODE button until the Status LED turns amber (approximately 1 to 2 seconds), and release the button. All access point settings return to factory defaults.
下面的這些步驟是通過MODE按鈕去重啟AP：
1、斷開AP的供電。
2、當你重新上電就按住MODE按鈕。
3、按住MODE按鈕直到LED等“琥珀色”閃爍（大約1-2秒），並且釋放按鈕，如此可以恢復出廠默認設置。
上述方法應該是LAP和Auto AP都實用的。
下面的方法針對於Auto AP：
特別注意，在重置前后，千萬別刪除任何的系統文件！
1、GUI界面去重置：
1.1、打開瀏覽器（要考慮兼容性）
1.2、輸入AP的IP地址，進入登錄界面，輸入用戶密碼（默認的用戶名是Cisco/Cisco）
1.3、點擊“System Software”→“System Configuration”→“Reset to Default”/“Reset to Default(Except IP)
2、通過CLI界面去重置：
如果你想重置AP但是保留IP地址，可以輸入:write erase 或者 erase /all nvram
如果你想重置AP的所有配置，除了上述命令之外，還需使用erase和erase boot static-ip static-mask命令
在特權模式下，你可以通過如下的步驟去重置AP/bridge：
2.1、輸入命令：erase nvram >>>擦除包括startup config的NVRAM文件，但是不會擦除IP地址。
2.2、輸入命令：write default-config >>>擦除IP地址和掩碼（如需要的話配置這一命令，如果不需要進入2.3）
2.3、Y
2.4、reload
2.5、Y
出廠默認的IP地址獲取方式是DHCP。
特別注意：注意不要中斷boot process 以避免損壞配置文件。 等到AP/bridge LED等開始閃爍綠色后再繼續進行CLI配置更改。 加載過程完成后，您還可以看到以下CLI消息：Line protocal on Interface Dot11Radio0, changed state to up.
