使用STS創建一個Spring應用時，項目顯示紅色的感嘆號，錯誤視圖報Could not transfer artifact org.springframework.boot:系列錯誤。
解決方案：
windows（為例）：命令行 cd 到項目路徑下使用mvn complile編譯后，右鍵項目 maven -》 update projects 即可
Could not transfer artifact org.springframework.boot:spring-boot-starter-parent:pom:1.5.4.RELEASE
