使用STS创建一个Spring应用时，项目显示红色的感叹号，错误视图报Could not transfer artifact org.springframework.boot:系列错误。
解决方案：
windows（为例）：命令行 cd 到项目路径下使用mvn complile编译后，右键项目 maven -》 update projects 即可
Could not transfer artifact org.springframework.boot:spring-boot-starter-parent:pom:1.5.4.RELEASE
