不使用spring-boot-starter-parent作為依賴parent

背景環境

在某些情況下由於某些原因，我們的項目不能使用spring-boot-starter-parent作為<parent>依賴，一定要有自己的<parent>，但同時還希望有Springboot自動配置等特性。

實現方案

1. 在pom.xml文件中添加<dependencyManagement>標簽，引入spring-boot-starter-parent。這個時候在<dependencies>標簽里添加的依賴依然享有Springboot自動配置等特性。

2. 指定在spring-boot-maven-plugin打包在repackage階段介入進來
