不使用spring-boot-starter-parent進行依賴的版本管理

spring-boot-starter-parent 提供了Dependency Management 進行項目依賴的版本管理，默認的資源過濾和插件配置。

但是，當需要將其他項目作為parent 的時候，同時又希望對項目依賴版本進行統一的管理時，可以使用 dependencyManagement 來實現。

如下所示：

 注意此時，

spring-boot-maven-plugin 打出來的jar包，並不包含main-class，需要配置 goal 以使打出來的Jar 可以運行。
