獲取OpenCV中RotatedRect的絕對角度

opencv中RotatedRect的angle這個成員變量總是詭異的不同尋常（http://stackoverflow.com/questions/15956124/minarearect-angles-unsure-about-the-angle-returned），官網也沒有任何解釋。

下面是獲取RotatedRect的絕對角度（0-180）的函數：
