CPC:转录本蛋白编码潜能预测工具

 

 

CPC是由北京大学开发的一款lncRNA预测工具，

 

只需要输入fasta格式的转录本序列，

 

该软件就可以 判断每条转录本的蛋白编码潜能并进行打分，

 

根据得分将转录本划分为coding和non-coding两类，网址如下

Coding Potential Calculator (CPC) is a Support Vector Machine-based classifier to assess the protein-coding potential of a transcript (i.e whether a cDNA/RNA transcript could encode a peptide or not) based on six biologically meaningful sequence features.

 

It takes nucleotide FASTA sequences as input, and generate output about the coding status and the "supporting evidence" for the sequence.
