突然在调用微信接口是报：The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send错误，跟踪了半天，是因为在调用阿里人脸识别接口时，接认证设置成了SSL3，而微信接口支持TLS,所以就会报错。并且在更新后又正常的问题，
ServicePointManager.SecurityProtocol = SecurityProtocolType.SSL3;
