调用识别接口时，认证设置成了SSL3
xp 下 加上这个就可以了
ServicePointManager.SecurityProtocol = SecurityProtocolType.Ssl3;
XP下调用百度ai报错 The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send.
