突然在調用微信接口是報：The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send錯誤，跟蹤了半天，是因為在調用阿里人臉識別接口時，接認證設置成了SSL3，而微信接口支持TLS,所以就會報錯。並且在更新后又正常的問題，
ServicePointManager.SecurityProtocol = SecurityProtocolType.SSL3;
