1. 兩個cell合並到一個gds
calibredrv -shell
layout filemerge -in A.gds -in B.gds -out AB.gds -createtop AB_TOP
也可以不加createtop，這樣A，B就是平級的。
2. 很多cell
calibredrv -shell
layout filemerge -in A.gds -indir gdsdir/ -out TOP.gds

看起來很多option，其實通常用到-in和-out就夠用
