狀語從句的連接詞

獨立結構（獨立主格）

如果有be動詞，謂語變身過程中丟掉be動詞，本質就是變成了分詞結構

例子

1. 主語一直主動

When I was a little girl, I fell in love with science.

Being a little girl, I fell in love with science.

Because she knows what I need, she can provide a right answer.

Knowing what I need, she can provide a right answer.

2. 主語一致被動

As he was elected as the new president, he became prudent.

Elected as the new president, he became prudent.

3. 主語不一致被動

As her work was done, she sat down for a cup of tea.

Her work done, she sat down for a cup of tea.

完成時的保留問題

have， has， had + v-ed 統一變換成having + v-ed
本質是助動詞代替了實意動詞變形。

Because he has finished his home work, he is allowed to play video games.

Having finished his home work, he is allowed to play video games.

進一步的簡化

be動詞后面是形容詞，可以刪掉be動詞
