換了微服務后，一直報這個錯，
最后找到了原因是webservice的這個依賴的版本有沖突<dependency> <groupId>org.apache.cxf</groupId> <artifactId>cxf-spring-boot-starter-jaxws</artifactId> <version>3.1.11</version> </dependency>
我們這改為3.2.5即可
