换了微服务后，一直报这个错，
最后找到了原因是webservice的这个依赖的版本有冲突<dependency> <groupId>org.apache.cxf</groupId> <artifactId>cxf-spring-boot-starter-jaxws</artifactId> <version>3.1.11</version> </dependency>
我们这改为3.2.5即可
