問題場景：本地打包上傳成功后，在開發者賬戶中顯示1分鍾左右后就消失。
解決思路：需要看開發者賬號的郵箱，上傳成功后會給郵箱發一封郵件，里面有提示 根據反饋進行修改。
郵件：
Dear Developer,
We identified one or more issues with a recent delivery for your app, "最牛IPA" 1.0.0 (1.0.0). Please correct the following issues, then upload again.

這里是提示我們 需要去除項目中的UIWebView，這里是2020年4月30號后發布的新APP都需要去除，已發布程序給到2020年12月的緩沖區。
最后這里奉上“去除AFNetWorking中UIWebView分類”在網已有解決辦法
第一步：手動安裝的AFNetworking直接刪除就OK了，cocopods的方法如下
pod 'AFNetworking', :subspecs => ['Serialization', 'Security', 'NSURLSession', 'Reachability']
第二步：.pch文件中引用需要更換
