問題：
- Tomcat刪除之后顯示服務名一直存在
- 一直在服務中存在
解決：
- 運行 cmd
- 輸入 sc delete Tomcat8 （根據你顯示的服務名稱，來寫tomcat版本）
- 成功刪除 Tomcat8 服務，然后可以正常安裝 tomcat 。
A service with the given Service Name is already installed on this machine.Please choose another Service Name
