问题：
- Tomcat删除之后显示服务名一直存在
- 一直在服务中存在
解决：
- 运行 cmd
- 输入 sc delete Tomcat8 （根据你显示的服务名称，来写tomcat版本）
- 成功删除 Tomcat8 服务，然后可以正常安装 tomcat 。
A service with the given Service Name is already installed on this machine.Please choose another Service Name
