一文徹底了解SSD1306驅動0.96寸OLED
整理東西的時候,翻出了一個OLED,驅動起來玩一玩。先上一張圖,顯示了字符串、漢字,當然也是我們的交流群,歡迎加群交流。
在淘寶上找了一些資料,但是要想徹底理解如何驅動,還是要看驅動芯片的手冊。
這個模塊默認是使用SPI通訊的,如果要使用I2C通訊,需要把R3電阻取下來,焊接到R1的位置,如上圖。
首先,需要說明的一點,顯示屏都需要控制器;所謂顯示,其實就是操作控制芯片,包括入門級別的LCD1602、LCD12864都是集成了控制芯片的,不同廠家用的控制芯片可能不同,像LCD1602、LCD12864這些的控制芯片基本上驅動都是一樣的,這也是我們在驅動這些的時候,沒有去研究所用的控制芯片的原因。
圖中的0.96寸OLED,所用的控制芯片正是SSD1306,不同廠家可以用不同的驅動芯片,要讓OLED顯示,其實就是要驅動SSD1306。
SSD1306支持多種控制方式,I2C、6800、8080、4線SPI、3線SPI,通過BS0、BS1、BS2引腳接不同的電平來選擇控制方式,此次我們使用I2C來控制,那么需要BS0接GND、BS1接VCC、BS2接GND,如下datasheet中描述的:
針對本模塊我們還需用到的其他引腳:
復位信號引腳,在顯示的時候保持高電平。
1、I2C通訊
(1)通過D/C#(datasheet中的SA0)這個引腳來擴展I2C地址,這個引腳接VCC或者GND,對應不同的地址;
(2)需要將D1和D2接在一起作為SDA;
(3)D0為SCL;
(4)SCL和SDA需接外部上拉,這也是I2C通訊最基本的要求;
(5)RES#引腳用於初始化,需要在硬件設計上注意。
2、寫I2C
(1)發送地址之后,發送控制數據或者命令數據字節;這個字節由Co位和D/C#位以及6各0組成;
(2)如果Co位為0,那么后續的信息都是數據;
(3)D/C#位決定了下一個數據是命令還是數據,如果D/C#位是0,那么后面的數據是命令,如果D/C#位是1,那么后面的數據是數據將被存儲在GDDRAM中。
(4)基本控制規律就是,發送I2C地址,發送命令或者數據控制字節、發送數據或者命令。
3、原理設計
模塊帶的原理圖,可以看出來,通過R8將D1和D2連在了一起,這也符合手冊中的要求,但是我們主要是向SSD1306寫數據,所以這個R8也可以不接。如果需要讀數據的話,就需要接上。
4、顯存
顯存大小128*64,分8個頁,PAGE0~PAGE7,128列。
一次寫8個像素點,即同一個page內的同一列8個點。一個字節的8個bit剛好對應D0到D7(根據這個特性,我們取模的時候,首先要按列取模)。
5、尋址模式
三種尋址模式:頁尋址、水平尋址、垂直尋址。
尋址模式設置命令:
5.1、頁尋址(默認的尋址方式,我們用這種尋址,綜合上面的列式取模,因此我們用列行式的取模方式)
(1)列地址指針每次自動加1,如果列地址指針到達最后一個地址,將會自動復位到開始的地址,頁地址指針不變;
(2)為了訪問下一個頁面RAM內容,用戶必須設置新的頁面和列地址;
(3)頁地址的范圍0-7,對應的命令是B0-B7;
(4)低列地址的設置命令是00-0FH,高列地址的設置命令是10h-1Fh。

5.2、水平尋址模式
列地址指針每次自動加1,如果列地址指針到達最后一個地址,將會自動復位到開始的地址,頁地址指針也加1。
5.3、垂直尋址模式
