docker for windows安裝出出現這個錯誤：
The system cannot find the file specified.

如果試了其他方法沒用
那一定時Hyper-V的問題
只好重啟：
只是在控制面板把Hyper-V關掉再開是沒有用的

關閉 Hype-V
restart windows
開啟 Hype-V
restart windows
restart docker

重啟后如果：
Error response from daemon: open \.\pipe\docker_engine_linux: The system cannot find the file specified.
則：powershell管理員打開：
C:\Program Files\Docker\Docker> .\DockerCli.exe -SwitchDaemon
