docker for windows安装出出现这个错误：
The system cannot find the file specified.

如果试了其他方法没用
那一定时Hyper-V的问题
只好重启：
只是在控制面板把Hyper-V关掉再开是没有用的

关闭 Hype-V
restart windows
开启 Hype-V
restart windows
restart docker

重启后如果：
Error response from daemon: open \.\pipe\docker_engine_linux: The system cannot find the file specified.
则：powershell管理员打开：
C:\Program Files\Docker\Docker> .\DockerCli.exe -SwitchDaemon
