錯誤：NVIDIA-SMI has failed because it couldn't communicate with the NVIDIA driver
辦法：重新裝個合適的nvidia-smi驅動
ubuntu-drivers devices看一下推薦安裝的驅動版本
比如結果：
就是推薦安裝390版本的
然后去官網找對應的390版本的.run文件
