按Windows+R，輸入services.msc，打開服務，查看Windows Update、Cryptographic Services、Background Intelligent Transfer Service、Windows Installer這幾個服務是否正常開啟。
如果是正常開啟的情況下，
1.“Windows+X”>>計算機管理>>服務和應用程序>>服務，找到Windows Update和Background Intelligent Transfer Service服務，關閉。
2.刪除路徑 C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\DataStore和C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download下的所有文件。
3.重新開啟Windows update和Background Intelligent Transfer Service服務。
4.再次嘗試升級更新。
