在python -m spacy download en出現錯誤

遇到問題：

requests.exceptions.ConnectionError: ('Connection aborted.', OSError(107, 'Transport endpoint is not connected'))

ConnectionResetError: [Errno 104] Connection reset by peer

解決辦法：

第一步：curl https://bootstrap.pypa.io/get-pip.py -o get-pip.py

第二步：python get-pip.py

第三步：python -m spacy download en
