生物信息類期刊全集大全

1.Bioinformatics是作為生物信息學最重要的專門期刊了。
 
2.另外還有Briefings in Bioinformatics，這個雜志每年的發稿量少，最近幾年IF波動很大，第一年24+，后來到9+。
 
3.稍次一點的雜志，如BMC Bioinformatics，也是生物信息學的專刊。
 
4.對於計算向的生物信息學，PLOS Computational Biology是一個很好的期刊。
 
5.除此之外，Nature Method，也會有生物信息學相關的方法發表。
 
生物信息學相關的文章不一定要發到專門的生物信息學雜志，因為生物信息學作為一個工具，已經融入到很多生物問題的研究中，而不僅僅是一門孤立的學科了。
 
PLOS Biology也是很好的雜志。PLOS One也會經常有生物信息學文章，算不得牛刊。

ISMB會轉投Bioinformatics雜志， RECOMB會轉發Journal of Computational Biology
 
雜志：
1. Bioinformatics 好文章基本都發這上面了
2. Nature Method 偶爾有生物信息的文章
3. Genome Research (Method)
4. Genome Biology (Method)
5. Nucleic Acid Research
2-5 這些雜志出的關於生物信息的都是好文章，這些都算牛刊
 
剩下還有一些雜志

除了bioinformatics等最中規中矩的生信刊物(一般純算法會投這種)，視子領域不同（偏statistical genetics/genomics/epigenetics），生信領域研究者的常發的還有
BMC genomics IF ~ 5
NAR(Nucleic acids research) IF ~ 8 
Genome Research IF ~10
Nature Genetics IF ~30
Genome biology IF ~10
另外有時也會投 BMC system biology. 一般業內頂級會議（RECOMB,GIW等）最終都會發在bioinformatics/BMC genomics/BMC bioinformatics/NAR之類的期刊上
 
 
Plos computational biology。
其實很多生物信息學的東西會發在所研究領域相關的期刊上。比如TCR分析的文章就有在Blood上的，我也正在往Journal of Immunology上面投一個。
 
Bioinformatics，很多方法類文章都發在上面，但是影響因子一般。
如果有實驗和數據分析，大多投到生物相關的雜志，比如genome research, nature genetics, nature等，在method里面涉及一些生信的方法，連帶把algorithm放出來，供大家使用。所以，不一定非要發到bioinformatics。
因為如果僅僅是一個算法，比如如何優化read alignment，並不是解決一個生物問題，所以一般發到方法類的journal，只有結合生物實驗分析數據，得到新的結論，有一個完整的story，才會發到更comprehensive的journal里面。
 
生物信息學發表論文不只是在專業的期刊上發表，主要是看自己研究的方向偏向哪里，例如我做的是優化算法在生物信息學中的應用，就不怎么願意在專業的生物信息學上發表，都是在數學、信息學等期刊發表，生物信息學是交叉學科，很容易發文章，但是別想着一定要在 Bioinformatics等上發表，很難得。
