啟動運行python3時 UnicodeDecodeError: 'gbk' codec can't decode byte 0xa2 in position 170: illegal multibyte sequence

重現

在cmd中輸入Python，運行后，出現以下錯誤：

UnicodeDecodeError: 'gbk' codec can't decode byte 0xa2 in position 170: illegal multibyte sequence

原因是在讀取filename的時候，是以unicode來讀取的，需要打開C:\ProgramData\Anaconda3\lib\site-packages\pyreadline\lineeditor\history.py這個文件。

打開history.py，並編輯：

假如encoding參數即可。
