在安裝pip3 install virtualenv時報了SSL異常

是因為在./configure過程中，如果沒有加上–with-ssl參數，默認安裝的軟件涉及到ssl的功能不可用，剛好pip3過程需要ssl模塊，而由於沒有指定，所以該功能不可用。
解決辦法，安裝 openssl-devel：yum -y install openssl-devel
再次安裝，還是報錯
重新編譯python，到准備的python的安裝包目錄
[root@localhost Python-3.7.0]# ./configure --with-ssl
[root@localhost Python-3.7.0]# make && make install
再次執行安裝：pip3 install virtualenv
timeout異常
pip._vendor.urllib3.exceptions.ReadTimeoutError: HTTPSConnectionPool(host='files.pythonhosted.org', port=443): Read timed out.
在下載python庫的時候，由於國內網絡原因，python包的下載速度非常慢，查看pip 文檔，只要在 pip的時候控制超時即可, 具體參數為 --default-timeout=100， 后面的時間可以自己指定。
