使用pip指令安裝包，報錯如下：

找了很多資料，最后解決方案如下：
1.創建pip文件夾
2.在pip文件夾下創建pip.ini
pip.ini內容如下，可直接復制：
[global]
index-url=http://mirrors.aliyun.com/pypi/simple
[install]
trusted-host=mirrors.aliyun.com
3.配置CLASSPATH系統環境變量：;%HOMEPATH%\pip\pip.in
4.再次使用pip install XXX安裝，成功！
