更換步驟
以root身份打開 /etc/apt/sources.list ，至於用什么打開隨意
將 http://ports.ubuntu.com/ 全部替換為 http://mirrors.ustc.edu.cn/ubuntu-ports/ ，這是中科大的
執行 sudo apt-get update 和 sudo apt-get upgrade 測試
查看是否提供arm支持的方法
打開一個鏡像站點，然后以此打開 /dists/xenial/main/ ，看這個目錄下面有沒有 binary-arm 這樣的字眼，如果有，就是提供arm支持的
