python安裝報錯解決方案

python3.7.3安裝完成后，點擊exe啟動報錯

Windows 7 Service Pack 1 and all applicable updates are required to install Python 3.6.4(64-bit).

Please update your machine and then restart the installation.

原因：

Windows系統的問題、因為版本太舊，需要需要安裝SP1 package升級包
