python安装报错解决方案

python3.7.3安装完成后，点击exe启动报错

Windows 7 Service Pack 1 and all applicable updates are required to install Python 3.6.4(64-bit).

Please update your machine and then restart the installation.

原因：

Windows系统的问题、因为版本太旧，需要需要安装SP1 package升级包
