使用vue-cli3&vue ui圖形化界面創建項目

Vue CLI3 需要 Node.js 8.9 或更高版本 

sudo npm install -g @vue/cli
# OR
sudo yarn global add @vue/cli

vue create hello-world
cd hello-world
npm run serve  // 運行  http://localhost:8000

vue ui //  自動運行圖形頁面 http://localhost:8000
