在開發的時候，需要把依賴的服務更新到最新，然后 手動composer update一下，提示如下：

其實主要就是提示：
file could not be downloaded: SSL operation failed with code 1. OpenSSL Error messages: error:1407742E:SSL routines:SSL23_GET_SERVER_HELLO
經過排查，發現composer.json里面的“config”項中的"secure-http": false 意思就是禁用了https請求：
於是將這個配置項改為true，然后重新composer update依賴，成功解決了這個問題！
