問題：
python3安裝web.py安裝包出現Retrying (Retry(total=4, connect=None, read=None, redirect=None, status=None)) after connection broken by 'ConnectTimeoutError
解決辦法：

如果想配置成默認的源，方法如下：
需要創建或修改配置文件（一般都是創建），
linux的文件在~/.pip/pip.conf，
windows在%HOMEPATH%\pip\pip.ini），
修改內容為：
[global] index-url = http://pypi.douban.com/simple [install] trusted-host=pypi.douban.com
這樣在使用pip來安裝時，會默認調用該鏡像。
