電腦重裝了，重新PIP安裝OPENCV時出現如下報錯WARNING: Retrying (Retry(total=4, connect=None, read=None, redirect=None, status=None)) after
很明顯 網速瓦特了。。。。。
emmmmm，換用國內的源試一下吧。
很快！！ 換個源不僅不報錯，而且很快裝好。
pip install opencv-python -i url
