第一次寫博客，要認真一點。
一、ArcGI本機發布服務過程
1. 加載需要發布的數據
2. 點擊file--> share as --> service
3. publish a service
4. Add ArcGIS Server
5. 輸入在安裝ArcGIS Server時候注冊的賬戶和密碼
6. 定義服務名稱
7. 點擊下一步，點擊continue,到達以下界面，在Capabilities 里面勾選WFS以及WMS，點擊Analyze,顯示沒有錯誤后點擊publish即可發布地圖服務。
二、Unable to connect to publishing tools service 解決方案
在最開始發布地圖服務的時候，Analyze都已經成功了，但是點擊publish后報錯，錯誤信息為：Unable to connect to publishing tools service. Verify the service is up and running. Please consult the GP Results Windows for enhanced error description or contact your admin for server logs.
解決方案： 下載ArcGIS對應版本的補丁（下載地址：https://support.esri.com/en/download/7576），直接點擊運行即可安裝。安裝完成后，重啟publish tools即可。
