JIRA應用和項目類型概述


JIRA家族的應用程序是為了向用戶提供量身定制的體驗而構建的(意思是JIRA的所有程序都是可以被用戶做功能定制擴展)。JIRA Core是JIRA的默認應用,而且會始終運行在JIRA實例中。你還可以在你的實例中包含其他應用程序,如JIRA Software 或 JIRA Service Desk。一個用戶可能需要訪問其中的一個或全部,或任意多個的組合。

注意,JIRA Core 是默認的應用程序。如果你已經擁有 JIRA Software 或 JIRA Service Desk的許可,你的用戶們將自動訪問JIRA Core而不需要額外的許可。比如,一個JIRA Software 的用戶即可以訪問敏捷看板上的開發信息,同時也可以訪問商用項目。

應用程序特性和用戶Application features and users

所有登錄到JIRA實例的用戶都能看到當前實例下的所有項目(權限未配置的情況下),但只有當對應用程序訪問時才能看到特定應用程序的特性。舉個栗子,一個軟件項目能夠顯示來自鏈接開發應用的信息,is able to display information from linked development applications, 比如軟件項目上的Bitbucket 和 FishEye,你可以創建一個敏捷看板,但是這些信息只能被JIRA Software的用戶看到。, and you can create agile boards, but this information is only viewable by a JIRA Software user. A JIRA Core user would be able to see the Software project, but would not be able to see the application-specific features, like agile boards or development information. Likewise, a JIRA Software user would not be able to see any JIRA Service Desk application-specific features on a Service Desk project — only a basic view of the project and its issues.

  • Only a JIRA administrator can create a project for an installed application. They do not need application access to create the project, but they do need application access if they'd like to view or use the project.
  • Anonymous users will have access equivalent to JIRA Core users. In other words, they can view issues and work in any type of project, but they won't see application-specific features, e.g. agile boards, which are JIRA Software-specific features.
