斷電，maven報：only whitespace content allowed before start tag and not \u0 ，，你妹

今天是：2017-07-11，今天下午蛋疼的斷電了，然后重新運行maven的install命令出現了如下錯誤：

Failed to execute goal org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-install-plugin:2.4:install (default-install) on project biofunet.business.data: Failed to install metadata

com.sr.biofunet.business:biofunet.business.data/maven-metadata.xml: Could not parse metadata C:\Users\Administrator\.m2\repository\com\sr\biofunet\business\biofunet.business.data\maven-metadata-local.xml: only whitespace content allowed before start tag and not \u0 (position: START_DOCUMENT seen \u0... @1:1) -> [Help 1]

百度了不好使，結果本人定位到對應包下面找到了maven-metadata-local.xml這個文件，打開后里面是亂碼，，你妹，，這bug誰能解決呀，，我試着把其他的文件下的內容復制過來，竟然好了，

你妹，，這叫什么bug，，這叫我咋解決，，純粹是瞎蒙啊，，，
