断电，maven报：only whitespace content allowed before start tag and not \u0 ，，你妹

今天是：2017-07-11，今天下午蛋疼的断电了，然后重新运行maven的install命令出现了如下错误：

Failed to execute goal org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-install-plugin:2.4:install (default-install) on project biofunet.business.data: Failed to install metadata

com.sr.biofunet.business:biofunet.business.data/maven-metadata.xml: Could not parse metadata C:\Users\Administrator\.m2\repository\com\sr\biofunet\business\biofunet.business.data\maven-metadata-local.xml: only whitespace content allowed before start tag and not \u0 (position: START_DOCUMENT seen \u0... @1:1) -> [Help 1]

百度了不好使，结果本人定位到对应包下面找到了maven-metadata-local.xml这个文件，打开后里面是乱码，，你妹，，这bug谁能解决呀，，我试着把其他的文件下的内容复制过来，竟然好了，

你妹，，这叫什么bug，，这叫我咋解决，，纯粹是瞎蒙啊，，，
