VMware虛擬機無法識別U盤解決方式

1. 本機情況：
Winxp操作系統(相同應該適用於win7)，VMware虛擬機。虛擬機版本號：VMware 10。安裝Ubuntu14.04。現要求在主機上插入U盤。在虛擬機中顯示。

2. 遇到問題：
U盤僅僅在Winxp主機中顯示，而無法顯示在虛擬機中，須要解決。

3. 解決方式：
首先確認服務已經打開：

win7:【右鍵計算機】->【管理】->【服務和應用程序】->【服務】->【VMware USB Arbitration Service】->【右鍵啟動】。

winxp:【右鍵計算機】->【服務】->【VMware USB Arbitration Service】->【右鍵啟動】。

設置VMware：
【VM】->【Settings】->【Hardware】->【USB Controller：Present】->【右邊：Connections三個選中】，有些情況下第三個是灰色的無法選中。此時能夠關閉虛擬機。然后通過設置中【VM】->【Settings】->【Hardware】->【USB Controller：Present】->【右邊：Connections三個選中】。此時能夠選中了。
重新啟動虛擬機后。插入U盤。提示：
The following devices can be connected to this virtual machine using the status bar or choosing VM > Removable Devices: Each device can be connected either to the host or to one virtual machine at a time.
點擊OK就可以，若第一次不行。再次重新啟動就好
