為Anaconda添加新的源

在cmd中輸入以下內容即可， 清華的源，速度非常快

conda config --add channels https://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/anaconda/pkgs/main/
conda config --set show_channel_urls yes

更改pip源

windows下，直接在user目錄中創建一個pip目錄，如：C:\Users\xx\pip，新建文件pip.ini，內容如下

index-url = https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple
