Devices->InSert Guest Addition CD,我的出現了下述錯誤
進行以下操作
再進行Devices->InSert Guest Addition CD，得到下面頁面是插入成功
在virtualbox上設置->共享文件->固定分配->右鍵，得到下圖所示
重新啟動ubuntu,打開終端輸入命令sudo mount -t vboxsf Downloads /mnt
我的出現了錯誤
后來出現了錯誤 /sbin/mount.vboxsf: mounting failed with the error: Protocol error
發現是virtuarbox中的共享文件夾設置消失了，在設置一遍，命令行中寫入sudo mount -t vboxsf Downloads /mnt，便把Mac上的Downloads的內容共享到了mnt中
sudo su
cd /mnt 進入mnt文件夾
ls便可看到Downloads中的內容
cp Downloads中內容的名稱 虛擬機中的文件夾路徑，即可將實現跨系統的復制（即共享）
