需求：一般我們在做“國際化”功能時，我們需要properties中文表示方式用unicode表示。eclipse默認properties文件編輯器不方便查看，需要我們查看常常查找unicode編碼表。
Properties Editor剛好滿足了這個需求，不需要用戶常常查看unicode編碼表，默認直觀表示為中文，用戶可以通過文件點擊右鍵Unicode表示查看對應的unicode表示的properties文件。當然這只是Properties Editor的一種功能，其他的功能可以自己熟悉。
Properties Editor安裝（在線安裝）：

安裝成功后properties編輯器被改動為
General---Editors----File Associations----.properties ----- PeropertiesEditor ---Default----ok
