今天同事給我說一台dell的服務器做了raid后，使用MegaCli看不到raid信息，上去看了一下確實不返回任何raid信息，但是確實機器上做了raid。
這就奇怪了，然后把MegaCli升級到最新版，還是同樣的結果
公司用的基本上都是dell系列的服務器，之前機器的raid信息都是MegaCli獲取的，這幾情況就有點怪異了。因為之前遇到過raid卡版本導致的其他問題，所以這次也懷疑是不是raid卡版本導致的問題，所以打算看看系統raid卡的版本信息
沒有找到raid信息，不過看了一下SCSI控制器的信息，根據SAS1068E上網一查，得出SAS1068E的raid卡是SAS 6i/R。
為啥SAS 6i/R的raid信息用MegaCli64命令就獲取不到呢，SAS 6/iR 只支持2塊硬盤做raid0或者raid1。現在返回去看看MegaCli64工具，MegaCli64工具雖然非常好用，功能也很多，不僅能查看RAID卡信息，而且還能設置RAID卡，但是它卻不支持SAS 6/iR的RAID卡，Dell好多1U型號的服務器默認的RAID控制器都是SAS 6i/R ，而對於這款控制器MegaCli64是不能使用的。那為什么MegaCli64不支持SAS 6i/R呢，因為megacli是為PERC控制器設計的(它使用的是大家熟悉的megaraid驅動)，但是SAS 6i/R控制器針對的是mpt*類型的驅動，所以MegaCli64取不出raid信息。不過想在命令行模式下想管理SAS 6i/R，可以使用Lsiutil這個工具。

我是linux 64位的系統，在linux目錄下直接拷貝lsiutil.x86_64到目標機器上，修改為可執行權限。下面我們來看看lsiutil.x86_64怎么用，lsiutil.x86_64有兩種模式，一種是交互式的，一種是命令行模式：
