本方法針對MyEclipse6.x版本有效
我的MyEclipse安裝在C:\Program Files\MyEclipse 6.5
關閉MyEclipse,找到文件夾C:\Program Files\MyEclipse 6.5\eclipse\configuration\org.eclipse.update\
把last.config.stamp文件刪掉，啟動MyEclipse，Update Progress的警告對話框應該就不會出現了。
如果還不行的話，找到.metadata文件夾（這個文件夾位於MyEclipse的工作路徑，不是安裝路徑），按照"org.eclipse.update*"搜索文件名，把找到的結果全都刪除掉，再重新啟動MyEclipse。
同時可以把自動更新的選項去掉：Window->Preferences->Install/Update->Automatic Updates，把Automatically find new updates and notify me的勾去掉
